UITREIKINGSPROJEK: SAVF SENATUS DIENSSENTRUM VIR BEJAARDES -

Goudwesskool het op 24 Maart 2017 'n uitreikingsprojek
geloods vir die SAVF Senatus Dienssentrum vir bejaardes.
Tydens hierdie baie spesiale geleentheid is die dames by die
skool bederf. Hulle is by die Naeltegnologie-, Haarkappery-
en Spysenieringsentrums getrakteer. Dit was voorwaar 'n
belewenis vir die bejaardes, sowel as die leerders en
onderwysers.

project – 9th Day Animal Shelter
The shelter is a Rescue, Rehabilitation and Re home Centre.
Their main focus is on rescuing the stray and abandoned
animals living on the streets and in surrounding
impoverished communities.
It is important that learners should learn the value of
giving. This is why we decided to make blankets and toys for
the dogs in the shelter.
On February 15th we took the handmade articles and a
donation of food to the shelter.
After visiting the shelter we realized that the unselfish
work of the volunteers means the difference between life and
death for these animals.
We felt privileged to be able to share our skills and to
make a difference in the lives of so many animals.
